The phone app

ORYX Business, in your pocket.

For the work that happens away from the desk: at the customer, in the shop, on the warehouse floor. One sign-in, the same data as the web — nothing to set up twice.

Start on the web today — your account, customers and stock are waiting in the app the day it arrives.

What it does

The everyday jobs, done where they happen.

Built for a phone from the start — big buttons, the camera and the scanner — not the website squeezed onto a small screen.

  • Know where you stand

Money owed to you, what is overdue and what needs your attention — the moment you open the app.

  • Quote, invoice, get paid

Make a quote or invoice on the spot, send it by WhatsApp or email, and record the payment when it comes in.

  • Photograph a receipt

Take the photo, crop it, and the app reads the supplier, date, amount and VAT for you to check and save.

  • Scan your stock

Point the camera at a barcode to look up a product and its stock — or add a new product right there.

  • Run the warehouse

Receive, move, pick and count stock with the phone or a handheld scanner, bin by bin.

  • Ask Mienx

“Who owes me money?” “Make an invoice for Bluegum Café.” Your assistant comes along, in English or Afrikaans.

  • Keeps working without signal

Receipts and warehouse scans are saved on the phone and sent by themselves when the connection is back.

  • Locked to you

Open it with your fingerprint or face. Change your password and every phone is signed out at once.

Phone and web together

One business, two screens.

An invoice made on the phone is in the books on the web a second later. A receipt photographed at the till is waiting for your bookkeeper. Nothing to sync, export or type twice.
